New Feature Product Update
Process Payments Using Stripe
Easy online course booking and payment processing is a must for growing and established training businesses. Our link with Stripe means that you can seamlessly take payments for course bookings from your website with all booking and delegate information instantly being added to your accessplanit system.
We’ve enhanced our eCampaigns so that you can define the date and time that they will be sent. Set up your eCampaigns in advance and wait for the course bookings to flood in!
Enhanced Functionality for Your Managers
Giving managers the tools to effectively manage their learners is a great way to put the responsibility back on their hands rather than the training team handling all the admin. Here are a few ways we've made life easier for your managers (and, your training team).
1. Easy learner cancellation
It’s inevitable that learners will cancel. But what doesn’t need to be inevitable is having out of date information in your training management system.
There are two new options available within your accessplanit system which allows managers to manage their delegates from the ‘Manager Access’ area:
The ability to request to cancel a delegate from a course which will need to be approved by a training administrator
The ability to directly cancel delegates from a course date
2. Easy access to relevant data
Managers can now filter users to only see active users that belong to Accounts that they manage. This means that their lists of users are much tidier and easier to navigate to get the information they need.
Define How Many Resources You Need
You can now specify how many resources you are using on your courses rather than having to add each resource individually.
