By communicating closely with you and your team, we aim to gain a full understanding of your business and your goals. Here, you pick from our range of optional modules.

This stage ensures that we are best placed to provide you with the solutions your training business needs for the results you want, and get set up for a smooth implementation.

Once you have decided that accessplanit's training management software is right for your needs, implementation kicks off.

Our implementation team meets with you to define your requirements and we hold a planning workshop to map out exactly what happens next.

We finalise the delivery plan to ensure we are on the same page and can work together effectively as we move on to the next stages.

Now, we begin to configure the accessplanit platform for your needs, including data migration and process mapping.

You take an active role in this stage which includes custom training. This allows you to develop your platform knowledge and build your ability to use our training management software effectively in preparation for launch.

This is a thorough process which ensures no detail is overlooked and your training management can continue like it was before - except better.

Once everything is set up and running smoothly, you are ready for launch!

The platform is now live and supporting your training management processes, helping you to plan, manage and sell your training courses, all in one place.

All of the goals set out earlier in the process are met, and you work alongside a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will guide you through a supported launch period and ensure everything is going to plan.

In the Adopt stage, we ensure that your team's transition to using accessplanit is seamless.

We'll agree meeting cadence that works around your busy schedule, including a post-implementation review and a training Q&A.

We want to ensure that you are best placed to achieve your goals, so we strive to understand them, with the aim to get ahead of your needs and questions.

Our support doesn't stop once your accessplanit training management software is up and running.

Our UK-based Technical Support Team is on hand via the phone or our online portal for help whenever you may need it.

You can join our free and paid for customer events to learn best practices. 

We are always developing new features and fixes which you have access to, plus you can make product suggestions.

You'll continue to work with a Customer Success Manager who will keep in touch with business reviews to ensure we are meeting your needs.
