Customer Success Team
Your Customer Success Managers work together to help you get the most out of your platform with regular meetings, included in your accessplanit package.
- Your Commercial CSM holds service reviews to look at how we've worked together and what your plans are going forward to ensure you get the best service possible.
- Your Optimise CSM meets with you to find solutions to issues that may crop up on your platform, help you to explore new modules and identify quick wins to fine tune your processes.
