Our Sub-processors.

As part of delivering our services, accessplanit uses a select number of trusted third-party providers (sub-processors) to process personal data on our customers' behalf. These sub-processors support key service areas such as hosting, communication, payments, and analytics.

We maintain contracts with all sub-processors that ensure they meet the same data protection and security standards we commit to under our Terms and Data Processing Addendum.

Current Sub-processors

We currently use the following sub-processors:

 
  • Azure – Used for platform hosting. Data hosting location: UK default, other locations available
  • Clickatell – Used for sending SMS communications. (Optional) Data hosting location: Ireland
  • Twilio – Used for sending SMS communications. Data hosting location: Ireland.
  • Headway – Used within accessplanit to deliver in-app messages. Data hosting location: N/A (no personal data processed)
  • OVH Cloud – Used for platform infrastructure. Data hosting location: UK and EEA default, other locations available
  • Prismatic – Powers external integrations. (Optional module) Data hosting location: UK
  • Iomart – Used for platform hosting. Data hosting location: UK
  • SendGrid – Used for in platform Marketing specific email communications. (Optional module) Data hosting location: Worldwide
  • UserGuiding – Used within accessplanit to deliver in-app alerts and user education. Data hosting location: EU
  • SugarCRM - Used for customer relationship management. Data hosting location: EU
  • Hubspot - Sales, marketing and customer relationship management. Data hosting location: EU
  • Jira - Used for customer ticketing system. Data hosting location: EU
  • Microsoft 365  - Used for meetings and emails. Data hosting location: EU 
  • OpenAI - AI processing services for summarisation, content generation, insights, and other AI-enabled features. Data hosting location: UK

We will notify customers of any intended changes to our sub-processors (including replacements or additions) via email or through the platform. Customers may object to changes on reasonable grounds within 30 days of notice. If an objection is raised, either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
