Your Onboarding journey.
Our Onboarding programmes are built to get you up and running quickly, with a setup that works for your training business and the confidence to start using accessplanit from day one.
You’ll have a dedicated Implementation Manager guiding the process, supported by our Customer Education and Customer Success teams. It’s collaborative, structured, and designed around your goals.

Flexible plans available
Our 60-day onboarding plan is the most popular option, but it’s not the only one. For larger teams, more complex setups or projects that need more time, we also offer 90-day, 120-day and Enterprise Onboarding plans. The structure stays the same, but we adapt the pace, training, and scope to suit your project. We'll help you choose the right fit before we get started.
What happens after onboarding?
Once your onboarding wraps up, you're not on your own. You’ll transition into our Optimisation phase where your Customer Success Manager supports your ongoing platform adoption and growth; with regular check-ins, access to new features, and strategic support.
