In-person classroom training remains the top training delivery method, offered by 89% of providers
LinkedIn remains the most popular social media channel used by training providers (83%) to promote their business
Most training providers (55%) note the increase in popularity of online learning as a key opportunity this year
On-demand, self-paced training is the preferred delivery method for most learners
Rising costs, increased competition, staff retention and opportunities for growth were cited most often by training providers when asked about their outlook for 2023
