AI Terms of Use.

These AI Terms of Use (“AI Terms”) apply to your use of any artificial intelligence (“AI”) or machine learning features or services made available through the accessplanit platform (“AI Services”). These AI Terms are a supplement to our main Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Software Services and form part of our agreement with you.

By using any AI Services, you agree to these AI Terms. 

1. What Are AI Services?

“AI Services” refers to any feature, tool, agent, or functionality within the accessplanit platform that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, or similar technologies to generate insights, recommendations, summaries, responses, or other outputs. 

The specific AI Services available to you may vary depending on your subscription level.  

2. Responsible Use of AI

You must use AI Services responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and our platform terms. In particular: 

• You remain responsible for all decisions made using AI output. 

• You must not use AI Services for unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory purposes. 

• You must not input confidential or sensitive personal data unless necessary and permitted by law. 

AI Services are intended to augment human decision-making, not replace it. 

3. Ownership and Use of Outputs

• You retain ownership of any data you submit into the AI Services (“Input”). 

• You are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the AI-generated output for your internal business purposes. 

• accessplanit does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any output generated by the AI Services. 
  
  

 4. Data Use and Privacy

• We do not use your Inputs or Outputs to train third-party AI models. 

• We may use anonymised and aggregated usage data to improve the performance and reliability of AI Services. 

• Any personal data processed via AI Services is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. 
  
  

5. Changes, Limits, and Suspension

We may: 

• Modify or update AI Services at any time 

• Impose usage limits or rate limits 

• Suspend access to AI Services if we detect misuse, abuse, or a breach of these AI Terms 
  
  

 6. Fees and Access

Some AI Services may be offered as optional add-ons and subject to additional charges. Access to these features may depend on your subscription tier or specific commercial agreement with accessplanit.

7. No Warranties

AI Services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content. Use at your own risk.
