As for the feature that has saved them the most time? "It has to be the things you use day-to-day", Lucy says. "The saved filters are such a time-saver for me. I can save the filters I use to view our data, which then pre-sets them for whenever I next log in, and I can see the same relevant delegate data each time. It means I can instantly view the information I need for our upcoming sessions".

Reporting

Robust, in-depth reporting functionality supports Project ECHO's data-driven approach to healthcare training. Reports are set up to automatically send to the team at certain times, or can be downloaded manually when needed.

Ongoing platform optimisation and support

St Luke's have recently implemented a billing feature for specific courses outside of Project ECHO, allowing them to seamlessly manage incoming payments for paid sessions. "It's great to know that I can just pick up the phone and get technical support from [accessplanit]", Lucy says. "The support we've received so far has been so thorough, we feel well looked after."

A platform that grows with you

Initially, Project ECHO at St Luke's only required accessplanit to manage their free-of-charge sessions. When St Luke's wanted to manage their paid courses with accessplanit too, Lucy was tasked with implementing this. She had only recently joined the team at St Luke's, and contacted our Support Team for guidance.
