Our interview process

We only hire people who we feel truly fit our core values and are the right fit for the seat. For this reason, we have a thorough interview process. Don't worry, it's not difficult and we won't grill you. We just want to get to know you!

Application

If you are a suitable match for the position, a member of our People team will be in touch. We aim to reply to all applicants.

Values based interview

Our core values are incredibly important to us and they are embodied in everything we do. The first stage will be a values-based interview with our Head of People and will involve questions that are based around them.

3.

Hiring manager interview

Those who demonstrate a good values fit move to the next stage where you will have the opportunity to meet the Hiring Manager who will focus on technical, competency-based questions.

Meet the team

The final stage is not about your professional skills/experience, it's more about getting to know you as a person. You'll come into our office in Lancaster and meet some of our team. Be prepared for questions like "what’s your favourite sandwich?"
