Helen Noble
 

Helen Noble

Helen was nominated because of her continued determination to grow in her role. As our Commercial Customer Success Manager, she is focused on helping our customers get the most out of their contracts, through a deep understanding of their business.

Learning and improving was her priority in Q2 and the impact was felt across accessplanit. She consistently reflects on her performance and results, putting what she has learnt into practice.  

Helen was also shouted out for sharing her knowledge and passions in other avenues – such as running two brilliant lunch and learn sessions last quarter on neurodiversity and mental wellbeing.  

As someone who nominated her said: “Helen has not rested on her laurels and has a massive drive and passion for continuous improvement in her seat”

Nick Pearson

Nick was called out for being a team player – a brilliant listener, communicator and collaborator.  

He is always there to provide help whenever it’s needed and looks out for others, reaching out if it seems like they are struggling. 

He is one of our Senior Software Developers and leads the New Features team, enabling effective updates to the accessplanit platform to be rolled out in a timely fashion. Nothing goes overlooked and he is a reliable figure that the team can turn to. 

He puts his all into everything he does and is always willing to try new things.  

Someone who nominated him said: “Nick has owned the role since he started but lately he has been super charged and super powered!”

Craig Dobson

Craig is our Technical Director. He manages a big team and provides clarity and direction, sharing his invaluable knowledge so that everyone is empowered to thrive and our product can become the best it can be. 

His team were full of praise for his leadership and ability to spot what’s working and what’s not, creating a productive environment - whilst being “humble, kind and hilarious”. 

On top of his many responsibilities, he was also shouted out for taking time out this quarter to volunteer as part of accessplanit’s 1% Pledge. As someone who nominated him put it:  

“I think that speaks volumes about his character – he is always willing to help and nothing is too much!”

Sarah Bickerstaffe

Sarah is one of our amazing Customer Support Advisors who works hard every day to ensure a great experience for our customers.  

She takes phone calls and online tickets, solving customer queries quickly and to a high standard. She regularly receives 5-star rated feedback and personal thanks from those she has helped with her friendly manner. 

She often volunteers to run customer training events, sharing her impressive platform knowledge with others. 

Plus, no matter her own workload, she is always there to offer invaluable support and feedback whenever her colleagues need it, across departments. She supports the wider team in many ways and it doesn’t go unnoticed!
