Could you be our new Implementation Manager?

Full-time | £25k | Remote / Lancaster

As a small, successful, and growing SaaS company, despite the economic challenges of 2020, we are looking to recruit an Implementation Manager to support and project manage our new customers to transition from their current software to the accessplanit platform.

The Role

The role of the Implementation Manager is to guide new customers through the period of implementation providing clear timescales, milestones and processes to ensure customer satisfaction and a full adoption of the platform.

As part of Customer Experience Team, the Implementation Manager will be one of the customers’ first post sales experience of accessplanit.

Early clarification of timeframes, milestones, responsibilities and processes will help to manage expectations moving forward and improve the customer experience. The Implementation Manager’s primary focus is to ensure that each customer is provided with a Training Success Platform and is tasked with achieving a successful implementation on time and within budget, and to the satisfaction of the customer.

Specific Duties Include:

- Prepare a Project Plan in unison with the customer and technical experts, identifying key milestones, data required, timescales, etc. -

- Project manage the customer implementation, working to a standard template proven process. -

- Delegate the configuration and system build, ensuring all aspects are reviewed and tested, prior to being delivered to the customer. -

- Work closely with other members of the project team including Sales, Customer Success Managers, Technical Support Executive and Helpdesk Advisors. -

- Constantly monitor and review the project against agreed timescales and budget. Record all project activity in the project management tool. -

- Communicate regularly with the customers and ensure they are aware of any project overrun. -

- Ensure all agreed deliverables are achieved to the customer’s satisfaction, working to agreed timeframes and budget, taking into account the implementation as it evolves. -

To be considered for the role of Implementation Manager candidates must have:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience of project managing software implementations -
- Experience of managing a number of different stakeholders within a project -
- Ability to build rapport with customers across a wide spectrum of industries -
- Advanced Excel/data manipulation skills -
- Time management and prioritisation skills -
- Excellent communications skills written/ oral -
- Resilient and resourceful -

It is preferred that the candidate also has:

- Experience in the SaaS industry -
- Experience in a training environment -
