Opportunities Overview
Here are answers to all the questions answered live on the webinar!
You'll see this in either the 'Checkout Options' or 'Shopping Basket Options' within the Administration menu depending on which basket is enabled in your platform - you need to have the roles of 'Super Administrator' to access them

No, recipients do not need to opt in to receive abandoned basket emails, as these emails are typically sent under legitimate interest rather than marketing consent. However, the customer must have passed the Login or Register step of the basket process so that their email address has been captured and associated with the basket. If an email address has not been collected, the system will not be able to send an abandoned basket reminder.
Klarna is available through Stripe - if you are already using Stripe then you just need to enable this within your Stripe account
There is no specific attachment size limit within accessplanit for pre-course emails. However, the maximum size of an email attachment is ultimately determined by the recipient's email provider!
As a guide, many popular email services, including Microsoft Outlook and Gmail, typically support messages up to around 20–25 MB in total size. To maximise deliverability and avoid emails being rejected or quarantined, we recommend keeping attachments well below this limit, ideally under 10 MB.
However, if you need to share larger resources, you can consider including them as file links rather than email attachments.
