Our personal highlights
January saw us roll out our new course management system, the accessplanit training success platform.
With in-built mobile responsiveness, an instinctive user interface, and brand-new functionalities - 50% of which came from suggestions from training professionals just like you - we created the all-in-one training management system that, from the outset, was designed to save you time.
That's not the only new features we've added to our service.
This year, we also unveiled our brand new website that's fresh and simple to navigate (and it's now even easier to book your training management system demo), as well as a smart customer helpguide that intuitively knows what you're looking for as you type. Of course, we'll also continue to make system improvements based on your feedback.
Rounding out the year, we've recently been awarded the Bronze Excellence Award for 'Best Advance in Software for a Training Company' by Brandon Hall, the research and analyst firm for empowering excellence in organisations.

In 2017, we also found ourselves upgraded to 5-compliance plus in our Customer Service Excellence assessment; This year we now meet 7-compliance plus in customer service, showing our serious commitment to offering outstanding customer service. Always.
