Cardiff-based Menter Training has committed to streamlining its administrative work and provide its customers with an online booking facility, following an agreement with accessplanit to use its course management software, Course Manager.
The health and safety training provider will also be making use of Course Manager’s marketing-based features, which include a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system and email marketing software.
Being modular, the training firm had the option of choosing which features to implement. Financial support, including an automated invoicing facility will also form part of the bespoke Menter Training software package, as will resource management. The resource management feature will help the trainer manage and schedule trainers, courses and venues.
