Course Manager Modules
Course Manager has been developed as modular solution that is aimed at providing a cost-effective, flexible and feature rich solution to training organisations of all sizes looking to automate their processes.
Course Manager allows customers with simpler requirements to purchase only the modules they require to fit their needs. By taking this approach, Course Manager puts you in the driving seat by allowing you to select and pay for only the functionality you need, but is flexible enough to accommodate future organisational or training changes.

Standard Modules
To get you started Course Manager comes with three standard modules that allow you to manage and report on individuals, corporate clients or departments.The following modules are included with every set up:
- User Manager
- Company Manager
- Reports
Administrator Licenses
A minimum of one administrator license is required
Mandatory Modules
The standard modules provide with you a basic framework for your system. You now need to decide what type of courses you are going to provide. You must select at least one of the following modules:
- Classroom Manager
- E-Learning Manager
- Document / Media Manager
- NVQ Manager
Optional Modules
These modules are designed to allow an organisation to build a totally bespoke solution, and are completely optional. You pay for only the modules and functionality you need. Additional modules can be added at any time:
