Product Updates August 2011
This month a number of significant pieces of functionality have been launched which will improve usability and streamline more processes on our clients systems. These include:
Internet Explorer 9 support: Course Manager can be used with any of the main browsers: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari or Opera. This release adds support for the recently introduced Internet Explorer 9. Significant Performance improvements within Internet Explorer 9 allow us to now recommend it for use with Course Manager and accessplan LMS.
Voucher Payments: This piece of functionality will provide a key tool via our Course Manager Software. Users will be able to use unique voucher codes against their payments allowing you to sell unique gift vouchers or complete mailings/emails providing your users with unique voucher codes to redeem on the site.
New Payment Gateways: We have recently integrated the online payment system with Sagepay, Bucks.net, Realex. Online payments can now be accepted using WorldPay, PayPal, Sagepay, Bucks.net, Realex
Tags: Tags can now be added to users and companies. Tags can be used to search for users and companies and can also be used as a filter when creating mailing lists. Typical examples might include tagging a user or company as a ‘customer’ or ‘prospect' or maybe tagging a user as a 'key contact’. We will be building on this functionality over the coming months..
Communication Tracking: The communication module has been extended to automatically track and record all system generated email. In addition communications such as phone calls and Outlook generated emails can also be tracked
Finance Elements: Payment receipts and payment reminders can be set up and generated automatically every time a payment is received or an invoice is overdue or due for payment.
