Procurement Options

Various options are available to fund your investment in Accessplan LMS. Whether you wish to purchase the system on a perpetual basis, finance your purchase or opt for a software as a service approach we can offer a solution suitable for you.

Traditionally most of our clients purchase their systems outright either through phased invoicing direct to AccessPlanit or through finance agreements over 2 or more years.  Financing your purchase provides a simple, cost effective solution that delivers a perpetual license to use your system and typically covers the support fees for the period of the finance and also any services you may have selected during implementation. When the finance is completed your only costs are the ongoing support, maintenance and hosting.

Software as a Service (SaaS) allows you to take our solutions over an agreed contract term on a rental basis (monthly or annual). The SaaS option is fully inclusive of all software licenses, hosting, maintenance and support. SaaS reduces your initial outlay and allows for easy ongoing budgeting. Which ever procurement option you chose you will benefit from AccessPlanit’s hosted service, professional implementation, support and training.

Our aim is to make Accessplan LMS cost effective for every company regardless of size or needs. Figures published by Brandon Hall in January 2008 show that the average 3 year cost of Accessplan LMS is less than 50% of a standard LMS.
