What current computer systems do I need to have?

How quickly can we get started?

Can we import our existing data? 
Yes, Accessplan LMS features an import tool that allows you to easily import client information from .csv. If you would like to import data in another format or application our technical team are able to work with you to achieve this.

Can we integrate Accessplan LMS with our existing applications? 
Yes, We have developed a number of web services that enables Accessplan LMS to integrate with third party applications. Examples include HR software, Payroll packages, Payment gateways.

Do we need Training to use Accessplan LMS? 
Although Accessplan LMS is intuitive, we do recommend training is undertaken. Training can be conducted on site or via the internet, and generally will take 1-2 days per (high-level) administrator user. For further details on our training services please click here.


Q. Can Accessplan LMS be customised? 
Yes, AccessPlanit recognise that every customer is different and we are happy to scope out potential areas of customisation to the core application. These may be:

  • Taking the process of a particular piece of functionality just that little bit further.
  • Re-writing a current function to manage the process in the way that you run it.
  • Writing a new piece of functionality to match an additional process that you would like managed through your platform

Our aim is to make Accessplan LMS cost effective for every company regardless of size or needs. The pricing starts from as little as £4995 and is based on the number of individual users and which of the optional modules are installed. Accessplan LMS can be purchase on either a perpetual or annual license basis.
