NMDS-SC - Partnerships

With the very real possibility of next years (2007/08) TSI funding being linked to NMDS-SC submissions, AccessPlanIt have developed an online solution to help partnerships collect and submit NMDS-SC data.

A basic, cost effective, AccessPlan NMDS-SC collection and submission tool that is easy to use and will:

• make the completion of the NMDS-SC simple
• remember your entries from previous submissions – requiring just an update
• allow an ‘on-the-fly’ update of data as changes happen
• allow secure ‘single click’ submission to Skills for Care data warehouse or export to the Skills for Care spreadsheet

An upgrade is available to Partnership Accessplan which, by using NMDS-SC data as a starting point, can provide an on-going solution to the:

• identification of training needs of the partnership group of providers
• identification of funding requirements
• dissemination of funding according to the partnership criteria
• advertise training courses and allow booking online
• tracking of funding spend down to individual beneficiary
• identification of individuals falling behind in their training plan – possibly freeing up funding for others
• identification of staff turn-over
• to identify trends in staff loss, e.g. left to work in NHS
• provision of a wealth of HR statistics, derived from the NMDS-SC data
• provision of reports to partnership members of CSCI compliant reports
• providing partnership members with a complete learning management solution
• largely auto populate the NMDS-SC from HR / Payroll program data
• tracking of Minimum Standards and Health and Safety training compliance

• training needs analysis
• manage the NVQ process
• ability to act as a full administration tool for training departments
• track training funding

Partnership AccessPlan is a standalone product that has an integrated NMDS-SC portal that allows NMDS-SC data to be generated by the system or be populated by NMDS-SC data.
