Our experience in delivering web based applications

Lancashireplan is a training management system provided free of charge which enables
any care provider in Lancashire to identify, book and report on the training of
staff. Using Lancashireplan you can now quickly and easily produce reports for your
CSCI inspections to prove that you meet the National Minimum Standards and the Lancashire
Social Services Preferred Provider targets with the report including all the required
evidence. All this can be produced from Lancashireplan at the press of button.
Training Providers throughout Lancashire advertise their courses and facilities
through Lancashireplan which users can then search through to find the one that
best meets their needs.

Carewatch Care Services Limited, part of the Nestor Healthcare Plc Group, provide
care and support services nationwide through 128 franchised and 10 company owned
offices. Working in partnership with local authorities they help to support the
needs of the community. Carewatch Care Services required a solution which enabled
them to ensure that their franchised and company owned offices met government legislation
for qualified staff and enabled them to monitor the overall performance of the network.
In addition Carewatch Care Services wanted to be able to support their network of
offices with training through partnerships with specialised providers of training
in the field of care.
Accessplan provided a complete solution; a system accessible wherever they may be,
with the plentiful resources of a national network thus ensuring that the performance
to both minimum legislative requirements and good practice were monitored, promoted
and improved.

A registered charity providing access to training for Health and Social Care organisations,
needed a solution to manage members training needs and qualifications while keeping
auditable records that demonstrate compliance with government legislation.
VOISE has over 2000 candidates from over 130 members and offers over 70 different
training courses. In conjunction with AccessPlanit they provide their members a
fully managed internet based course booking, qualification tracking and reporting
service.

Care Academy – Winner of the 2003 Topss / Care & Health sponsored National Accolade
as Best Training Provider / Assessment Centre. Care Academy provides care focussed
training throughout the North of England.
Care Academy attributes its success to a commitment of fully involving all the stakeholders
in the training process. Care Academy’s NVQ completion statistics at nearly double
the National average testify to the effectiveness of Accessplan as a tool to track
and monitor learner progress allowing access to relevant data for learners, employers,
assessors, etc via the internet interface. In addition to providing direct training
service Care Academy sources funding for its members, keeping track of the many
different funding stream requires a powerful and sophisticated system – Accessplan
does this for Care Academy.

The Alliance purchased Accessplan which they have called CSAC Training Directory
This includes licences for known social care providers and all known education/training
providers who operate throughout Cumbria.
The training directory enables all providers to see what training is available throughout
the county and also book online if they want to.
